My name is Marcey and I am Nuu-chah-nulth from the Ahousaht, and I have family connections in both Salish and Kwakwaka'wakw Nations. I am a long-time visitor in the beautiful territories of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. I have worked in many areas of community service and education. My formal education began at Camosun in the University Transfer program, and I completed a degree in Psychology at the University of Victoria and a MA in Counselling Psychology with an Indigenous specialization. After working in community, I returned to Camosun because I knew I'd love to work here and help students find their educational path too. I am now an instructor in the Indigenous College Prep program. I feel privileged to be welcomed into this community. Kleco, kleco.
