Donna graduated in 1994 from the Dental Hygiene Program at CNC in Prince George, she graduated from UBC in 2006 with a Bachelor of Dental Science (DH) and from Athabasca University in 2013 with a Masters of Education (Distance Education and Instructional Design). She completed her Provincial Instructor's Diploma from VCC in 2020.
Donna has 26 years of clinical experience in both general and periodontal practice. Donna began teaching at Camosun College in January 2014 in junior and senior clinic and is happy to be continuing to help students learn in a positive, compassionate, and enriching environment to become competent health care practitioners. She loves to see students work and stretch their zone of challenge and come into their own by the time they graduate. She is also happy to work with so many dedicated, hard-working, and knowledgeable colleagues. In Fall of 2019 Donna became Junior Clinical Lead. She is also a Community Herbalist.
