Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course for students at Lansdowne
Camosun’s Student Mental Health and Well-Being Strategy is sponsoring a Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction [MBSR] course for students, beginning Thursday, February 2, 2017 - taught by Mice Albano. This course is free for current students, with a donation to the CCSS Food Bank. Attend an information session on either January 19 or January 26 at 3:30pm in WT 234.
