Camosun College’s new Continuing Education calendar boasts over 300 courses for learners of all ages and abilities
Release Date: January 23, 2017
Camosun has released the latest calendar for its robust Continuing Education (CE) program, offering over 300 courses this winter to fit everyone’s level, needs, and schedule.
Learners looking to improve their skills or get certified in a new career can get flexible training that fits their life. Classes are offered during the day, evenings, weekdays, or weekends.
CE offers opportunities to improve skills for students, retirees, and professionals in business, healthcare, and trades.
There are also plenty of classes for those who are looking to learn a new talent or enhance their downtime. For example, starting new this winter, Camosun now offers outdoor education courses about everything from hiking safety to growing and cooking wild foods.
Unlike Camosun’s traditional semester-based learning, there is a new CE course starting nearly every day, meaning interested learners unable to start right away can plan for whenever works best for them.
CE course information for Winter 2017 can be found in the new CE calendars located throughout Greater Victoria, or on Camosun’s official website at camosun.ca/ce.
