Applied learning experiences rooted in human resources principles are an integral component of these programs. You'll develop contemporary knowledge, skills and abilities to succeed as HR specialists or generalists in private or public organizations. You'll choose learning pathways that are accessible, useful, transferable, and meaningful to your studies and employment.
Flexibility for students
Our course offerings provide flexibility for all students, including working professionals and international students with courses offered face-to-face, blended and/or online. As many students work either part time or full-time, courses are also offered in the evenings and in the spring and summer semesters.
Human Resource Management Association Student Memberships
Graduates of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Human Resource Management & Leadership Major are not required to write the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia & Yukon (CPHR BC & YK) National Knowledge Exam® (NKE) exam if they meet the following requirements:
- graduate with a B- cumulative grade point average and
- membership in the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia & Yukon, active since registering in their third-year courses
- The CPHR BC & YK offers a discounted student membership for Camosun students.
