Applied learning experiences rooted in human resources principles are an integral component of these programs. You'll develop contemporary knowledge, skills and abilities to succeed as HR specialists or generalists in private or public organizations. You'll choose learning pathways that are accessible, useful, transferable, and meaningful to your studies and employment.
Flexibility for students
Our course offerings provide flexibility for all students, including working professionals and international students with courses offered face-to-face, blended and/or online. As many students work either part time or full-time, courses are also offered in the evenings and in the spring and summer semesters.
Human Resource Management Association Student Memberships
Graduates who achieve an overall cumulative average of B- and become a member of CPHR BC & YK, may apply for exemption from the National Knowledge Exam [NKE]. Send official transcripts demonstrating your B- cumulative average, the exam exemption form and fee payment to cphr@cphrbc.ca.
