2010 Professional Cook New Learning Guides Review
Thank you to all instructors who participated in the review of the new Learning Guides for the Professional Cook Program.
Learning Guides for PC1, PC2 and PC3 are currently being printed by Queen's Printers.
Block A, supplementary information from the previous learning guides which is not available in student textbooks, has been realigned with the new dacum and is also being printed.
All four publications can be ordered from Queen's Printers (BC).
