Jemma Aubert Instructor - Medical Radiography Technology
Jemma started working at Camosun College in the Medical Radiography Technology Program as a lab assistant in 2012 and began teaching here in 2015. She graduated as an MRT in 1997 from BCIT and has been employed in the field in both private clinics and regional hospital sites doing everything from general radiography to mammography as well as operating room and mobile radiography. She acted as a preceptor to BCIT 2nd level students in 2011. Her educational background also includes a BA in French and a Humanities diploma, both from UVic. Away from work she enjoys travelling, gardening and propagating plants, all things French, and spending time with her family. Jemma believes in lifelong learning and education. She is passionate about helping students learn the importance of using a patient centered approach.
