Camosun business students help the BCCHF Festival of Trees
"The Art of Creative Selling"
Students in this Fall's MARK 235 and MARK 220 (Integrated Marketing Project) have been working in teams to develop an integrated marketing communications and sales plan to help the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation promote its annual Festival of Trees event.
The students presented to Rod Smith, BCCHF’s Director of Philanthropy Vancouver Island, on Tuesday, November 23. Rod was very impressed with the quality of the presentations and the creative ideas the students proposed for the Foundation. “There are ideas here that we will definitely look at implementing for next year’s Festival. Thank you so much.” says Rod.
The students also organized a community project, collecting new or gently used toy donations for BC Children's Hospital and Santa's Anonymous.
