Lee Aitchison Program Leader, Instructor, Hospitality, Tourism, & Golf Management
With more than 30 years of industry and teaching experience, Lee has focussed primarily on large-event management and the food and beverage sector. After spending the early part of his career in the UK, Lee returned to Canada, working in food service management for high volume service providers such as the Pacific Coliseum.
As a college instructor for more than 20 years, Lee has continued to work with large events and music festivals both in the coordination of food service and with event merchandising. Lee holds an MBA - International Business (UVic), a BSc-Food Systems Management (Syracuse) and a DipTech - Hotel Management (BCIT). “While I have been fortunate to work in many diverse and exciting areas of the hospitality industry, working with up and coming industry professionals is by far the most rewarding.”
