Are you interested in planets, literature, gender studies or international conflict? How about contemporary issues, evolution, statistics, or anthropology of food? You will find that the School of Arts and Science is an excellent choice for a broad range of studies.
Each semester, we offer hundreds of courses in the Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities (languages, philosophy, history), Mathematics, and English. As a student, you benefit from hands-on skills and flexible full- or part-time options, including some on-line courses. Dedicated, experienced faculty encourage you to grow academically and personally in a supportive environment. Whether you take a few classes for general interest or stay for two years before transferring to university, an Arts and Science program is a smart choice.

The School of Arts and Science offers career programs from the creative – Visual Arts, Music Performance, Comics/Graphic Novels – to the scientific – Engineering Transfer, Applied Chem/ Biotech, Environmental Technology – plus points in between – Criminal Justice and Archaeology. Check out the Arts & Science Studies diploma where you can customize your learning by choosing courses from 30+ disciplines to take you in the direction you want to go, including transfer into third-year studies on your way to a bachelor’s degree.
Work experience or Co-operative Education is available in many programs. We prepare graduates for immediate employment or transfer to a university.
