Karen Lightbody Chair, Community Learning Partnerships
BA, TESL Cert, BEd, MEd
I began supporting students in the School of Access in 2007 as an Instructional Assistant in English Language Development. Since that time, I have also worked in Academic and Career Foundations for 8 years and as an English, Mathematics and Computer Studies Instructor in Community Learning Partnerships. I am very proud of the relationships I have built and maintained at five of our partnership sites. I am honoured to be expanding my role as Chair in CLP and continuing my engagement with the School of Access, the College, and above all, the communities in which we so graciously serve and support students.
