Invest in yourself! Seven months of full-time education in the Camosun Welder Foundation program will help you find employment and subsequent apprenticeship for your career as a ticketed welder.

  • Application fee: $41
  • Student Society fees: $45.93 per month, plus $254 per year for health and dental benefits
  • Textbooks and course packs: $300
  • Supplies and personal protective equipment: $400
    Steel-toed safety boots, welding gloves, welders helmet, goggles, safety glasses, welding jackets, strikers, tip cleaners, pliers, vice grips, measuring tape, combination square, soapstone, chipping hammer and a scientific calculator
