Where has the tourism and business diploma program taken your career?
The business diploma program opened doors for my future even before I graduated. It was due to various educational and networking opportunities provided by the school and its teachers that brought me where I am today.
Advice for others considering coming to Camosun?
I would highly recommend this program for students wishing to pursue a career in the tourism industry. The program allows students to acquire research, professional skills, and management education to succeed in the industry.
What did you like best about the program?
What I liked and appreciated the best was the support and motivation from the teachers and fellow students within the program. The teachers’ passion for the industry and their practical experience and knowledge was essential. It also allowed students to see the variety of careers it can lead to, and to have a more focused approach when you are entering the tourism industry.
