The Software Engineering Bridge program, offered by Camosun with the full support and co-operation of the University of Victoria (UVic), provides access to the second term of the second year of Software Engineering for graduate Computer Systems Technologists. You’ll study advanced topics that aren’t typically found in technology programs, and you’ll be able to continue your studies toward a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
As a software engineer, you’ll be in high demand for employment in Canada and worldwide—software is used not only in home and workplace computing settings, but in transportation, entertainment, communications, medicine, research and a wide variety of financial applications. You’ll have the necessary skills for a lucrative career in software engineering, and the background for the life-long learning necessary to succeed in the rapidly expanding world of engineering and technology.
