(Stethoscope, nursing scissors, nursing watch, etc.) - Uniforms: $250
(4 uniforms, 1 pair of nursing shoes) - Examination/Professional Fees: $630
(CPNRE and LPNABC Student Membership, initial licensing fee) - First Aid/CPR: $110
- Criminal Record Check: $35-$50
- Other Costs: name tag $5, immunization $20
