Come out and learn more about Accounting at an Information Session.
The Professional Accounting certificate program (PACCT) is intended for students who already have a degree or are completing a degree program, and need the courses required by the Certified Management Accountants (CMA), the Certified General Accountants (CGA), and the Chartered Accountants (CA).
The PACCT program consists of 12 courses which can be completed in a year if you attend on a full-time basis; begin the program in the Spring Term (May/June); and complete ACCT 110, FIN 110, ACCT 111, and BUS 140 or BUS 141, during the Spring and Summer Terms.
Depending on the number of transfer credit courses you are granted, you may require more or fewer than 12 courses to satisfy the professional accounting designation you are pursuing. Classes are offered in the evenings as well as during the day, so the program can be taken on a part-time or full-time basis.
Please visit Co-op Education & Student Employment to learn about the Internship program; and check out education opportunities associated with this program.
