In partnership with the Victoria Conservatory of Music, Camosun offers the following programs in Music:
VCM offers preparatory music programs through the VCM Community School, VCM Syllabus and Examinations System and the Collegium Program (challenge program for aspiring artists at the secondary school level).
Graduates of Camosun’s Music Programs have the opportunity to ladder to degree programs at universities and institutes, including the University of Victoria, University of British Columbia, University of Lethbridge, University of Toronto, McGill University and others; and in some cases to begin to develop a professional music career. The program offers excellent transferability and placement potential throughout Canada and abroad.
