Increase your employability
This 210-hour program is designed to quickly acquaint you with applied, practical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, and OneNote. The training is intensive, hands-on and instructor-led. By the end of the program, you will have developed a portfolio of documents that demonstrate your new or updated software skills.
What you'll learn
You'll take the 210-hour MS-Office program one course at a time, so you can choose the best options to fit your schedule. There is a suggested order to the courses, but you can take them part time or full time, primarily in the daytime, with some courses offered in the evenings. MSOffice Starting Strong and MSOffice Integration are now available online.
You can finish the program in as little as four months of full-time daytime classes (three days a week) or stretch the program out for up to two years. You'll study the full range of software from the Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, One Note, Access and you'll learn how to tie them all together into one powerful set of skills.
The knowledge and ability that I gained in the part time MS-Office certificate program have been invaluable to me. I had just switched from many years of nursing to administration with no discernible office skills and this program has made me the "go to girl" in my facility for all things Office... I really, really enjoyed it!
