Business Administration - Marketing Option

The Marketing program prepares you for involvement in the exciting, expanding fields of retail, public relations, advertising, sales and general marketing management. In your course of studies, you’ll develop practical skills for immediate use in today’s marketing environment. Considerable attention is given to learning how to communicate effectively with management, customers and the general public.
This two-year program provides you with a valuable business education and can be completed over four academic terms as a full–time student. Your first year is spent taking introductory-level courses that allow you to explore the program and provides courses in several different business areas. Your second year will be spent on your selected business option. You also have the opportunity to combine your academic studies with relevant work experience through the Co–operative Education or Internship options.
As a graduate, you can continue your education, progressing to Camosun's Bachelor of Business Administration, transfer to another university for further studies, or get started in the business world.
