Leadership Development

What You’ll Learn


Students attend a total of 141 hours of the instruction made up of required and elective courses. Starting with the Leadership Overview, you'll take 66 hours of required core courses as well as choosing 75 hours of elective courses depending on your interests and needs.

What to expect

Located at our Interurban campus, the Leadership Development program is offered part time, with a different assortment of courses offered each Fall, Winter and Spring term.

This is a modular program. Courses are taken at your discretion until all required hours are completed. There are no admission requirements. Start by taking one course, register into the program anytime.

Completing the program

To receive your certificate, you will complete a minimum of 141 hours of required core and elective courses, as well as a final assessment of your learning.

Camosun can meet all your workplace training needs.

Contact us directly for delivery of any course at your workplace, on campus, or a location of your choice.
