Contact us to learn more about the Indigenous College Prep Program.

Indigenous College Prep (INDPREP) is an eight-month program that prepares you to enter college or university-level studies that require English 12 and Math 10. INDPREP provides you with skills, knowledge and academic credentials within a culturally friendly, supportive and caring environment. Provincial Indigenous Literature, Intro to Indigenous Studies, and Indigenous Ways of Learning courses all focus on Aboriginal community issues.

INDPREP is delivered at the W̱SÁNEĆ Adult Education Centre on Tsartlip First Nation near Brentwood Bay.

This program provides students who have Band membership with eligibility for UCEP (University College Entrance Preparation) funding.

Camosun College views any student who is a descendant of the Indigenous peoples of North America to be an Aboriginal student. This includes status and non-status Indians, Métis, Inuit and Native Americans living in Canada.
