Learn about Health Studies while you are studying English as a Second Language.
Health Studies Access (ESL) is a two-semester, full-time program for non-native speakers of English. You will develop a basic understanding of North American and multicultural concepts regarding health, self-care, wellness and healing while studying College and Academic Preparation English as a Second Language. Upon completion of the program, you will have completed two university transfer level courses in health and psychology, and achieved a level of English required to enter University Transfer and other program courses, including the Diploma in Exercise & Wellness program.
Health Studies Access (ESL) may be taken full or part-time. Classes start in September at the Lansdowne Campus.
