HORT 133 Water Gardening
The purpose of this course is to provide the students with an introduction to water features, their design, construction and maintenance.
HORT 134 Organic Vegetable Production
This course is meant to provide students with knowledge on planning, preparing, growing and harvesting vegetables utilizing sustainable organic practices.
HORT 135 Retail and Wholesale Production
This course introduces the students to plant sales and production at small retail settings and larger wholesale facilities. Management of staffing, merchandizing, advertising, and all aspects of growing field and container stock will be covered.
