Scott joined the School of Business at Camosun College in 2003 as an Instructor within the Golf Management program and is an Advisory Board member, currently serving as Vice-Chair, for the last five years.

Scott’s golf career started at the Victoria Golf Club Pro Shop in 1987 and eventually he became an Assistant Golf Professional in 1992.  In 1998, he ventured to Gallagher’s Canyon in Kelowna working as Golf Shop Manager and Head of Instruction.  While employed at Gallagher’s, it became one of the founding golf clubs of GolfBC.  During GolfBC’s expansion of ownership came opportunities and Scott moved to Arbutus Ridge in Cobble Hill as Manager.  Scott headed east, in 2006, for an opportunity to start up the Raven at Lora Bay Golf Club, serving as its first Head Professional.  Later that same year he was appointed as General Manager of the prestigious Victoria Golf Club to come full circle with his career.

Scott's extensive background in running Private, Corporate and Public Golf Courses are an asset to the Golf Management Program and its students. Scott graduated from Camosun with a Diploma in Business Administration in the 1990’s.
