Earn a college certificate, gain work experience, develop new skills.
We'll help you prepare for entry-level employment in industries that focus on customer service, food service, gardening and food production, and construction and materials handling.
What to Expect
ETP programs are four months long, start in January (Winter term) or September (Fall term) and are located at our Interurban campus. All courses are self-paced, with a combination of classroom studies and work experience on campus or in the community. You may enrol for full-time or part-time studies, and you will be required to interview for each ETP program you wish to enrol in.
In this term, you'll learn core skills that apply to all workplaces and will help in future job searches. You'll also focus on one of four study options, get certification training and gain work experience and a Level 1 certificate.
After completing your Level 1 certificate, you can continue onto Level 2 to deepen your skills and experience or take a certificate program in E.A.R.T.H. Gardening or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy.
