Electrical
The training facilities for all Electrical training programs are located at our Interurban Campus and specifically shop 127 JD within the John Drysdale building. Classrooms for Foundation and 4 sections of apprenticeship training are located between this John Drysdale building and the Jack White building.
Electrical Shop/Lab areas
Practical and/or lab activities for both our Foundation and apprenticeship training will take place within our Electrical Shop area. The shop is divided into areas so that specific tasks are easily accomplished with the equipment made readily available. We also have a discrete component and IC electronics lab in which digital and power electronic labs can be completed. Once these activities are completed, we will move a 4th level apprentice into our Programmable Logic Controller lab to complete a further section on Industrial controls. These specialty labs are also utilized for numerous Industry Training and/or Contract Training courses.
