Study Computer Science while you're learning English as a Second Language.
This program is designed for non-native speakers of English who wish to prepare for studying Computer Science while they are completing College and Academic Preparation ESL. You'll develop a basic understanding of computers, including using a spreadsheet, writing simple programs and using Java at an introductory level.
Upon completion, you will have credit for two University Transfer courses in Computer Science, and will have achieved a level of English required to enter the regular Computer Systems Technology program, which bridges to university.
Computer Science Access (ESL) may be taken as a two-semester, full-time program or part-time. Classes start in the fall at the Lansdowne Campus.
