Additional costs
- Application Fee $36.41
- Commitment Fee Upon Offer of a Seat: $175
Failure to pay by the deadline will result in withdrawal from the program.
- Textbooks and Modules (includes required texts only) $460
- Expendable Supplies $100
(Paper, binders, pens, photocopying, computer discs, etc.) - Locker rental & combination lock $45
$5.00 deposit for Lock (returned at end of rental period and deposit refunded
$8.00 rental per month; - CPR Level C & Standard First Aid and Criminal Record Check $185
[Pre-requisite documentation which must be presented to the program on the first day of class] - Uniforms $300
(2 sets of ‘scrubs’ and 1 lab jacket, 1 pair of rubber soled shoes, safety glasses) - Other Costs $10 (name tag)

Professional Fees:
College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia – Licensure $100
(represents annual full year license fee)
College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia – Registration $225
(represents a one time registration fee)
College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia – Criminal Record Check $20
Passport Photo & Notarization for College of Dental Surgeon documents – $20 - $30
National Dental Assistant Examining Board examination fee – $350
