This program will help you examine your interests and abilities so you can make informed decisions about your future.
BEST aims to:
- assist you in developing a realistic awareness of your interests, abilities and potential
- help you build a healthy self confidence
- support you in setting personal, career and educational goals
- encourage you to explore education and training opportunities at Camosun College and elsewhere
- inform you about current labour market and work search strategies.
The BEST program is designed as a general program. The strategies and techniques learned are applicable across the entire spectrum of employment today, from entry-level positions to those occupied by experienced mangers, decision makers and entrepreneurs.
Shining the light on Camosun's BEST
The full-time program is offered twice in the fall and winter and takes eight weeks to complete. Most classes are held at the Interurban Campus.
Full-time option—2010 Winter
Monday to Thursday, 9am–3pm and Friday, 9am–noon
- January 11 to March 5, or
- March 8 to April 30
