When you receive a letter offering you a seat in the program, a $500 non-refundable fee (applied to your tuition) is due by the date indicated. You must meet this payment deadline. Failure to make a payment date could risk you forfeiting your seat in the program.
Please make the other payments by the stated deadlines or you will be withdrawn from the program.

Refund Policy
- A 100% refund, less the $500 non-refundable registration deposit, is available up to fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the start date of the program.
- After this time, the program provides no refunds unless approved by the Program Coordinator.
Financial Aid May be Available
Please visit a Camosun Financial Aid & Awards office to learn about BC Health Care Bursaries and to pick up an application. Information for External Awards is also available online (pdf).

Human Resources and Skills Development (HRSDC) may provide financial assistance to recipients of employment insurance. Interested students should contact their local HRSDC office for more information.
Because this is a part-time program, students do not qualify for a Canada Student Loan.
