Kim O'Hare

Kim O'Hare is the radio instructor for the program and also teaches the writing course. Most recently, Kim spent eight years teaching in the United Arab Emirates. He brings a total of 18 years of experience in teaching communications, as he spent 10 years at Canadore College in Ontario. Originally from Northern Ontario, Kim started his career in media while he was still in high school, working at a local radio station. He has freelanced in radio, television and print, including doing some writing work while traveling. Kim appreciates the level of motivation and willingness to learn shown by students in the program and aims to have graduates who have a hands-on and working knowledge of all aspects of radio and audio production. Kim has also earned his Masters Degree in Education.
