The Automotive Service Technician partnership program provides training for entry into the automotive mechanical repair trade. In this career program, secondary students explore automotive service careers and complete level 1 apprenticeship technical training.

Step 1: Preparation

Option 1 Apprentices (7 week college program) - complete prior to registration:

Option 2 Automotive Mechanical Repair Foundation program (30 week college program):

Step 2: Secondary School program (optional)

Option 1 Apprentices - Students complete automotive courses at one of the following secondary schools prior to attending College Program:

Step 3: College program @ Camosun’s Interurban campus

Upon Completion: When you successsfully complete the program you'll receive a certificate of completion from the College and qualify to write the ITA Automotive Service Technician level 1 certificate of qualification.

Costs

Note: Ancillary Fees are waived therefore registration does not include a bus pass.
