When to apply
General college admission
Apply to a program at any time but it's best to apply early because Camosun will invite you to register on a first-qualified, first-served basis.
BC/Yukon high school students
If you're currently in Grade 12, you should apply between September 15 and February 28, and include your Personal Education Number (PEN) on the application form.
You'll be considered provisionally qualified for your program if you apply between
- September 15 and February 28 (include your PEN on your application form)
or - March 1 and May 15
You will need to take the extra step of personally submitting interim and final grades to the college. We strongly recommend that you apply no later than February 28 so your grades can be electronically transferred to Camosun by the Ministry of Education.
You should know:
- Interim and final grades will be used to confirm that program admission requirements have been met.
- If interim or final grades do not meet program admission requirements, your seat offer will be withdrawn and you will be contacted about your options.
Current Camosun College students applying to other programs
As a Camosun College student enrolled in the course(s) required for admission into another program at the college, you're eligible to be considered provisionally qualified when:
- you're completing the academic admission requirements to your chosen program at Camosun. These must be completed at least two months prior to the start of the program.
- you've completed all non-academic program admission requirements.
