Donations from the event will support World University Service of Canada (WUSC), a leading Canadian non-profit organization in international development, committed to building a more equitable and sustainable world. The organization's main goal is to provide education for refugees around the world. The Camosun WUSC chapter welcomed the first student refugee to Camosun in 2016 and strives to create a sustainable refugee program for future students.
The Cultural Showcase is proudly supported by Camosun International's student leadership group, Peer Connections.
