Originally from Victoria, British Columbia, Danny's experience in the fitness industry dates back more than 15 years. In that time, he has trained more than 500 clients, taught more than 3,000 classes, as well as recorded more than 15,000 hours of personal training. With these experiences, he has been able to teach a wide range of clients including elite athletes, rehabilitation clients, persons with special needs, children, seniors, law enforcement, and military personnel.

Throughout his professional career, he has always placed a high priority on continuing education and training. In this way, he can ensure that you receive the safety and efficiency that you deserve. Aside from his degree in Recreation and Health Education from the University of Victoria, he holds two other certifications in personal training, one from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT) and another from British Columbia Parks and Recreation (BCRPA-CPT).

The goal of his work as a personal trainer is to motivate people to live healthier lifestyles, and he believes that as individuals, we all have a unique set of strengths and weaknesses. Using his expertise in the fitness industry, he develops custom workout plans that are based on your health, schedule, and most importantly, your fitness goals. His aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals in the safest, most effective way possible.
