Second annual video contest!
Create a one-minute video and tell your Camosun story
Camosun College means many things to many people. What about you? My Camosun is a video contest for current and future students, staff, faculty, alumni, community partners, neighbours (everybody!) on the theme “My Camosun”.
All submissions will be posted to the Camosun website, where you can vote for your favourite. Submissions are due by 4pm, Friday, October 30, 2009.
Prizes!
First – $750 cash
Second – $500 cash
Third – $250 cash
What kind of video?
Tell your story how you want to. The sky’s the limit!
- documentary
- animation
- sock puppet celebrity mashup
- musical
- CGI
- historical epic
- self-indulgent emo poetry
- etc. etc. etc.
All submissions will be posted to the Camosun website, where you can vote for your favourite.Submissions are due by 4pm, Friday, October 30, 2009.
Rules
1. Create a one-minute (or so) video on the theme “My Camosun”
2. Don't be creepy.
Judging
Four judges will consider all submissions:
- Camosun College
- “A” television
- Victoria Film Commission
- You! Watch all the videos on Youtube and vote for your favourite (you’ll need to create a free Youtube account)
