Welcome to Camosun College!

This is an exciting and challenging time in our history and it is our people-our students and staff-who make us the dynamic organization that we are.

We truly believe that, because our employees are committed to making Camosun a great College, we have a competitive advantage over most other employers and post secondary institutions. Our organization has embraced that view through our Vision Statement and our Values. Do you remember our Vision statement?:

Our passion is fired not just by our personal enthusiasm about what we do. It is also fired by knowledge - the knowledge that we are the college of choice for study and work, an organization with student and employee well-being at its core, and an institution working to establish itself as a leader in education. Our Values Statement supports our passion by encouraging respect, diversity, excellence, service, accountability, flexibility, professional renewal and team-work. We set high standards for ourselves and the education we provide-and we deliver. We are proud about what we can and do accomplish.

Let me take a give you a glimpse of what it is like to work at Camosun College.
